Frequently asked questions

What counts as a resolved case?

A resolved case is any player support interaction that reaches a completed or closed state, whether through self-serve diagnostics or agent assistance. Unresolved or abandoned sessions don't count toward your quota.

What happens if I exceed my included case volume?

Overage cases are billed at $0.25 per resolved case. You'll receive alerts at 80% and 100% of your quota so there are no surprises.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades apply at the start of the next cycle.

Is there a minimum contract?

Starter and Growth plans are month-to-month with no commitment. Scale and Enterprise plans are available as monthly or annual agreements with a discount for annual billing.

Do you offer a free trial?

We offer a guided demo and a 14-day trial for the Growth plan so you can evaluate diagnostics capture and agent escalation with real player volume.

How does voice and screen-share pricing work?

Voice is billed at $0.03 per minute and screen-share at $5 per session. Both are available on Scale and Enterprise plans and only charged when used.
